If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. We cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company if the unit is signed for (which means you received it in good condition). In the event the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment are refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of the replacement unit or parts that are damaged.
Inspect the package immediately, even if you will not be installing the unit. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages within the first 48 hours after delivery. Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier using a single driver. Please make sure someone is available to help the delivery person unload the items.
