1. How long does it normally take to receive my product?
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Last Order Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Mountain Daylight Time (Denver).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
TRANSIT TIME
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-10 business days.
- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
2. Where do you ship from?
As our catalog expands, we collaborate with vendors and manufacturers across the country. Depending on the product you're interested in, we store and deliver them from specific locations. All our warehouse and fulfillment centers are within the United States and Canada, we provide delivery to all states in the United States. (Please contact us for inquiries from Hawaii or Alaska.)
3. What are your store hours?
Our operating hours are from 9AM-5PM (Mountain Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Please be advised that we also operate on weekends with limited staff. Feel free to reach out to us via message or email, and we will respond as soon as possible.
4. How do I receive tracking information?
Once your product is shipped, you will receive an email from Wholeness Oasis with a link to track your order. If you haven't received an email notification with tracking information, please contact us. Please note that it typically takes 1-3 days of handling time after placing your order for the product to be shipped.
5. Will I receive a phone call before delivery?
You will receive tracking information when your product ships, as well as a phone call from the freight service to notify you of the delivery. Usually, this call takes place a day or two before the product arrives at your home. (Please note that different products may have varying lead times. Please inquire within.)
6. Where do your products come from?
We exclusively source our products from manufacturers in the USA and Canada. This way, we ensure that your products reach your door as quickly as possible while supporting those who reside in our country.
