Dundalk Tranquility MP Barrel Sauna | CTC2345MP

 

This version of the Tranquility sauna by Dundalk features a glass front with a framed wood door also with tempered glass to allow for as much of an unobstructed view as possible. It also has a rear window for even more open viewing while you melt inside.

 

Two benches along the interior walls allow for up to 6 people seated comfortably or 2 people lying down. Stretch out and watch the stars or the kids in the pool while you enjoy the steam filling the cabin from the water splashed on the hot rocks. Then take a few minutes and cool off on the porch, have some refreshing water yourself and then dip back in again.

 

Night or day, this is the place you want to visit as often as possible. You'll feel completely invigorated after every sauna session.

Warranty, Changes & Returns

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse  or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

 

Order Changes & Returns Policy

Dundalk LeisureCraft products are made to order.  As such, the following applies to their products.

 

Order Cancelation Policy

 

1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can cancel the order without penalty
2) After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply (item #: ORDCAN)
3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled
4) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to cancel the order for
the $65.00 cancelation fee (item#: ORDCAN)

 

Order Change Policy

 

1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can edit/change the order without penalty
2) After 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee would apply (item#: ORDCHA)
a. Examples: adding removing products, adding removing options, changing the ship to
address, changing the shipping method, etc.
3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed
4) After the product has shipped, if the Dealer/Customer wants to change the ship to address, a
$250 fee will apply (#ADDCHANGE)
5) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to change the order for the $65.00 change fee (item#: ORDCHA). After 24 hours, the order can not be changed.

 

Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery

 

1) If a customer refuses delivery and the Dealer asks Leisurecraft for assistance in selling the product to another Dealer, the following will apply:
a. 15% Restocking charge
b. Dealer will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery
address

Please contact your Representative with your order# to make any changes or cancelations. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and your customers’ needs at all times. Please remember to double check your order confirmation that is emailed to avoid any issues with the orders after 14 days. We appreciate your business and accept the fact that we might also occasionally make a mistake on your order. Any order change or cancelation fees will not apply in this scenario.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Shipping Options:
1. Standard- Delivery to end of the driveway, customer is responsible for unloading the sauna (Included)
2. Enhanced- Delivery and unloading of the sauna (Not Included, contact us for a quote)
3. White Glove- Delivery and installation of the sauna (Not included, contact us for a quote)

 

Note: If the crate is longer than 92” a liftgate will not be available to assist in lowering the crate to the ground.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping processing time will vary based on each brand due to the differential properties of the brands preferred freight carriers.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Mostly all of our orders are shipped via one of our third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler). If your order has an item that is shipped on a freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time.

Please allow us 24-72 hours to confirm & process your order before being sent out for shipment.

Inspection

Upon arrival of your tub or shower, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver before it is signed for. If the package is damaged, contact us immediately for more information at sales@wholenessoasis.com

If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. We cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company if the unit is signed for (which means you received it in good condition). In the event the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of the replacement unit or parts that are damaged.

Inspect the package immediately even if you will not be installing the unit. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages within the first 48 hours after delivery. Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier using a single driver. Please make sure someone is available to help the delivery person unload the items.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
